Step 1: Enter the First Tax Name #

  1. Label: Tax 1 Name
    • Description: This field is for entering the name of the first tax applicable to your business.
    • Example: If your business operates in a region where GST (Goods and Services Tax) is applicableor VAT, you would enter “GST or VAT” in this field.
    • Action: Click on the text input field next to “Tax 1 Name:” and type “GST or VAT”.
    • Information Icon: If you need more information, hover over or click the information icon next to the label.

Step 2: Enter the First Tax Number #

  1. Label: Tax 1 No.
    • Description: This field is for entering the identification number or code associated with the first tax.
    • Example: If your GST number is “123456789”, you would enter this number in the field.
    • Action: Click on the text input field next to “Tax 1 No.:” and type “123456789”.
    • Information Icon: If you need more information, hover over or click the information icon next to the label.

Step 3: Enable Inline Tax for Purchase and Sell #

  1. Checkbox: Enable inline tax in purchase and sell
    • Description: Check this box if you want the system to calculate taxes inline for both purchases and sales.
    • Example: If you want your system to include GST calculations in all transactions, you should check this box.
    • Action: Click on the checkbox to enable this feature.

Step 4: Enter the Second Tax Name #
