Let’s assume the scenario of a small convenience store named “Quick Shop.” Jack is setting up the cash denominations settings for his convenience store, “Quick Shop.” He wants to configure various aspects like cash denominations, enabling denominations on the POS screen, and setting strict checks.

Step 1: Enter Cash Denominations #

  1. Cash Denominations:
    • Description: Enter the different denominations of cash that your store accepts. These are the various bill values that customers might use to pay.
    • Example: Jack’s store commonly handles $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 bills.
    • Action: Jack types “1,5,10,20,50,100” into the cash denominations field.

Step 2: Enable Cash Denomination on POS Screen #

  1. Enable cash denomination on:
    • Description: Choose where you want to enable cash denominations. This could be on the POS screen, during end-of-day cash counting, etc.
